Can't wait for the ultimate form: a case built in ARGB diffusers. One big block of luminous pride.

Huh... As long as the fan blades and casing are still just meager plastic we haven't reached "ultimate" status by far. It has to be all-LED. LED fan blades, LED casing, and they should really look into making LED motors, and LED bearings. Otherwise it's just lazy and half-assed.

I forsee a dark future where these fans join the other useless additions to the IoT family. "Alexa, set my case fans to #3F22AC at full brightness!" "Alexa, I'm blind now. Call an ambulance."

"by using a silicone diffuser around the edges of the fan to give a software and cleaner LED experience."

    To give a what?

Silicon has been used for decades as the hardware of choice to give software experiences. What's the problem? (o_O)

And it makes for a fan that has to sleep silicon side up for the rest of its life. Plus you have to be careful squeezing it. More hassle than it's worth. I'd much rather go for a naturally "clean LED experience" fan than these silicon enhanced ones.

Oh wait, it said silicone... Scratch that.

YES we finally get glitter stuff on a fan. Now my dream to build a Swarovski themed PC is getting close. Next up components with built in jewelry.

For that price, I want RGB on the RGB controller. :p

"...to give a software and cleaner LED experience."

This happens a lot. I'm starting to think auto correct is the first evidence of emergent Skynet-like intellect plotting to take over the world and replace humans with cats inside of giant, nuclear-powered lawyer mechs.
